“DriveFit e potenziamento neurocognitivo”. Riduzione dello stress, efficacia attentiva e controllo della distraibilità mediante interventi neuroscientifici

October 3th 2019, Milan

Recent research has allowed us to define the potential of some neurocognitive enhancement techniques which, by acting on brain activity, increase the cognitive performance of healthy individuals. Scientific evidence has shown in particular how the integration of forms of mental training mediated by non-invasive wearable technological devices to support the practice of training allows to optimize training and produce better long-term results.
These neuroscientific interventions, already extensively tested in business and sports contexts, have also recently been applied to the driving behavior, with the ultimate goal of monitoring the dysfunctional stress mechanisms, reducing the negative effects of distractibility, as well as enhancing attentional regulation skills in various application contexts.
