Lorenzo Nari is a trainee in sperimental psychology and, in detail, he is working for the Research Unit in Affective and Social Neuroscience of the Milan’s Catholic of the Sacred Heart University. He has a master degree in Wellbeing Psychology and his interests are linked to the neuroscientific study of moral judgment, cognitive enhancement and mindfulness meditation. During his studies and his current traineeship he is developing skills in neuropsychological assessment and the use of different psychophysiological measurment tools like EEG, fNIRS and Biofeedback, as well as in the handling and analysing of the data they produce. Because of his thesis work on wearable neurotechnologies, he also had experienced and deepened the neurofeedback procedure, especially in combination with mindfulness techniques, with a particular focus on the outcomes in terms of affective regulation and cognitive empowerment. Lorenzo is a affiliate member of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP).
