Benedetta Vignati is a psychologist and research fellow at the Faculty of Psychology of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, within the field of Neuroscience and Cognitive Psychology. 

Her scientific work focuses on neuroempowerment, applied neuroscience, and psychophysiology. She has collaborated on funded research projects, including the SENIOR project supported by Fondazione Cariplo and the PRIN 2022 project dedicated to sustainable remote empowerment protocols. Her training includes advanced expertise in biosignal analysis (EEG, HRV, EDA) and in the use of neurotechnologies for neuroenhancement and neurorehabilitation.

She is the author and co-author of articles published in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, with contributions in the areas of cognitive psychology, psychophysical well-being, and supportive wearable devices. Alongside her research activities, she is engaged in teaching and student supervision and serves as a subject expert in courses focused on neuroscience and well-being.

A licensed psychologist, she is currently undertaking training in Analytical Psychotherapy at CIPA in Milan. In her professional practice, she integrates mind–body approaches, mindfulness, and yoga, and she is a certified 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher.

She combines methodological rigor with an interdisciplinary perspective, promoting innovative interventions for well-being and empowerment across the lifespan.
